STORE.ACS.COM.HK is the official online store of Advanced Card Systems Ltd. (ACS). By accessing this website (site), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Privacy and Confidentiality

We commit to protect your privacy. Information on clients will be disclosed to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis only. We will not rent, share or sell any information of our clients to any third party.

Exclusions and Limitations

To help ensure quicker and safer processing of orders, the following limits are imposed on purchases made via store.acs.com.hk:

• The maximum number of items that may be added to the shopping cart per transaction is FIVE (5).
• The maximum number of SDKs that may be purchased per transaction is FIVE (5).
• The maximum number of readers that may be purchased per transaction is TWENTY (20).
• The maximum number of cards that may be purchased per transaction is ONE HUNDRED (100).
• The maximum purchase amount per transaction is USD2,000.
• Please also note that the customer is responsible for the applicable duties and customs charges, as well as insuring their shipments, if necessary.
• No collect shipments will be accepted.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not allowed once the orders have been confirmed. For enquires, clients are advised to call us at +852-2796-7873 or email us at [email protected] 

Log Files

We will use IP addresses to administer the site and consolidate data for analytics. IP addresses, however, are not linked to any personally identifiable information, and any personally identifiable data will not be shared to third parties, or used by ACS for purposes other than what was stated above.

We should not be regarded as the publisher of opinions/other materials found on such websites, and do not necessarily share or endorse their content. Waiver

Any failure on the part of ACS or clients and visitors to insist upon strict implementation of the provisions in this document does not constitute a waiver and does not diminish any party’s obligations, as stated in this document. No waiver regarding ACS, this site, and ACS products shall be honoured unless expressly signed by ACS and the client/visitor involved

Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to change this site’s content and terms and conditions as we see fit, without prior notice. Continued use of this site signify that you are aware of, and accept adjustments made.

Applicable Laws

These terms and conditions are governed by Hong Kong law. If any need for judicial intervention arises, the court having jurisdiction shall be the Court of Hong Kong.
